Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time copywriter? 

We celebrate every time a fellow copywriter gets hired. As a business owner, you just need to realize the costs: A full-time senior-level copywriter or content writer now exceeds $100,000 annually, plus benefits. It´s also hard to find a GOOD one, not to mention retaining them.

 

Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your copywriter when you have work available for them.

 Is there a limit to how many requests I can have? 

Once subscribed, you're able to add as many copy requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one (or in chunks of three, depending on your plan).

 

 How fast will I receive my copy requests? 

On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.

 Who are the copywriters? 

Right now Copyworkz is an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, the founder (Santiago). I have written both sales copy and content for more than 200 companies, but if there's something outside my expertise I have no problem bringing in a specialized writer (without any additional charges to you).

 What is your writing style? 

I a​lways adapt my tone to fit your industry, positioning, and especially what your ideal client wants to listen. We have experience in everything from Texas Hedge Funds to Shamanic Healers and Korean Makeup (true story). Once inside, you can share brand guidelines and inspiration you´d like us to follow.

 Do you provide any other services like SEO, running my ads, or updating my website? 

We specialize in writing.​ For any other services beyond copywriting and content writing, we can refer you to quality-providers in our network.

 How will we communicate? 

All communications happen inside of Trello, which ensures a centralized place for submissions and feedback. In order to ensure a fast-response time, we cannot get into other project management systems or company chats.

 How does the pause feature work? 

We understand you may not have enough copy work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

 Do you use ChatGPT? ​

We only use ChatGPT for research and ideation, never for writing. All the copy that you´ll receive is high-quality and crafted strategically with your ideal client, unique offering and brand voice in mind.

We use other software like Grammarly and Hemingway to ensure your copy is error-free.

 Why wouldn't I just use ChatGPT instead? ​

If you're asking this, Copyworkz is probably not for you.​ We work with clients who appreciate catchy, conversational and human-sounding copy, because they've seen with their own eyes (or tested with millions of dollars in ads) the night & day difference GOOD copy creates on conversions, sales, and visibility in the market place (not to mention attracting the RIGHT type of clients).

ChatGPT is like Canva. It can produce good basic copy once, but if you need quality work on a consistent basis, we suggest you rely on experts.

​

Besides, in order to produce good results with ChatGPT, you still require someone familiarized with persuasion, messaging, research, and how good copy looks like, AKA a copywriter.

Copywriting is about way more than typing. That's the easiest part (which ChatGPT can do), but it is the research, empathy and strategy behind the words that makes all the difference.

(Case in point... we recently wrote the funnel copy for an 'AI expert' selling ChatGPT prompts. He knew ChatGPT inside out but, when it came to investing thousands of dollars in running traffic to his sales page, he went to good old​´ humans to write it for him).

 How is the copy delivered? 

All copy is delivered in a Google Doc format, where you can easily download, provide feedback and request changes.​

 How do I request copy? 

Copyworkz offers a ton of flexibility in how you request copy using Trello. Some common ways clients request copy is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's fair game.

 What if I don't like the copy? 

No worries! We'll continue to revise the copy until you're 100% satisfied.

 What if I only have a single request? 

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional copy needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

 Are there any refunds if I don't like the service? 

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
